Malaysian Client Visit – Deepening Cooperation in Southeast Asian Markets and Promoting Exchange of Advanced Heat Treatment Technologies

I. Client Background and Purpose of Visit
Client Name: A leading Malaysian manufacturer of electronic and electrical materials (name not disclosed to protect client trade secrets)

Industry: Electronic and Electrical (E&E) Materials, Semiconductor Packaging Materials, New Energy Battery Components

This Malaysian client, a representative enterprise in the E&E materials field in the region, is accelerating its expansion plan for high-end materials manufacturing capacity and has raised higher performance and stability requirements for key process equipment such as vacuum heat treatment, high-temperature sintering, and atmosphere control. This visit aims to conduct an on-site inspection of our production base, R&D capabilities, and equipment quality, and to conduct technical evaluation and supplier selection for the upcoming procurement project of equipment for a new production line.

II. Visit Itinerary
On the morning of March 24th, our international business team and technical engineers warmly welcomed the Malaysian client delegation at our factory. Following a brief welcoming ceremony in the conference room, our company's technical department head introduced the company's overall overview, R&D capabilities, product line layout, and recent technological breakthroughs and market achievements in heat treatment equipment such as vacuum furnaces, tube furnaces, bogie hearth furnaces, and rotary furnaces.

Subsequently, the client team visited the company's production workshop, equipment assembly and debugging center, sheet metal processing workshop, and incoming material inspection area. During the visit, the client highly praised our 6S on-site management standards, lean production processes, and modern processing equipment. The client paid particular attention to the manufacturing details of several export-grade vacuum furnaces and high-temperature tube furnaces under assembly, including furnace body welding processes, vacuum system assembly procedures, and electrical control cabinet wiring specifications, frequently inquiring about quality control measures for key processes.

The afternoon's itinerary focused on equipment demonstrations. Accompanied by our engineers, the client team observed the entire process of heating, holding, and cooling of an industrial vacuum furnace, and reviewed real-time temperature curve records and vacuum monitoring data. In addition, both parties conducted preliminary discussions on the process feasibility of several electronic and electrical material samples brought by the client. Our technical team provided preliminary process suggestions and equipment configuration plans based on the characteristics of the client's materials.

Aspects of concern to the client:

Stability performance of the equipment under long-term continuous operation;

Replacement cycle and ease of maintenance of key components (such as heating elements, vacuum pumps, and seals);

Temperature control accuracy and furnace temperature uniformity;

Energy consumption level and energy-saving design;

After-sales service system and technical support response mechanism in Southeast Asia;
